Pan Seared Salmon 4- 5 salmon fillets, thawed, 1 TB celery salt, 1 TB nutmeg, 1 TB chili powder, 1 TB garlic powder, 1 TB onion powder, 3/4 TB salt, 1 TB pepper, 1 TB sugar Combine all spices to create rub. Coat the salmon with the rub on both sides of the fillets. Allow to sit for 10 minutes before cooking. Grill instructions: Spray or rub fish with oil. Grill fillets for approximately 3 to 4 minutes on each side until fish flakes when pierced. Pan sear instructions: please small amount of oil in pan and heat until very hot. Cook salmon until firm to touch, about 3 to 4 minutes on each side.
