Billing System Front Office/Back office Engineer (Junior) role in Celcom Project: Celcom-NGIN project Location: Celcom, Jln Semarak, KL Duration: 6 months contract, extendable, start from July 2014 Shift Work: Based on a duty roster (7am – 7pm Or 7pm-7am) 4 days work & 4 days off Jobs scope: Alarm Monitoring for i2000 and m2000 & Troubleshooting at 1st Level/2nd level - Check and ping effected IP/CPU usage/Disk usage/Link down Memory usage System & Service Surveillance - Monitoring NGIN system 24/7 to ensure peak performance and no downtime/Monitoring F5 connections and performance. Change Management - Provide front-end support to back office engineers during data migration for Convergent Billing Point (CBP) and during major service and change request activity. Helpdesk & Email Management - Provide immediate response to client via phone and emails/Ensuring all email from internal and external are responded within SLA and as per urgency/criticality. Complaint Management - Handling tickets from customer complaint portal and emails/Prepared SOP and provided training via conference call to ODC HD together with training materials/Attended meeting and feedback session other vendors periodically to review complaint management service level assurance/Participated in conference call with other stakeholders when any downtime in system or services is detected. Fault Management - Highlighting to internal teams if any fault detected with SR and CR implementation Spare/Service Parts Management - Maintaining all the hardware, software and other assets at NGIN War Room/Liaising with HP-ATAE for service and repair related issues involving our servers and warranty validation/On-site visit to check & solve the respective NGIN servers to ensure all is in order with optimum performance. Ticket Creation, Tracking & Closure - Opening trouble tickets according to severity via portal, assigning it to respective engineers and ensuring update and closure with stipulated SLA time frame. Incident Management – IDE Methodology -isolating an incident during occurrence and highlighting immediately to next level for immediate investigation/ to detect the root cause of the incident. Requirements: Diploma /Degree in IT, Engineering etc, at least 6 months working experiences in telco company / telco projects/’handling Billing system’ Customer Care Consultants Location : A telecommunication company at KLCC, Sunway Pyramid, KLIA, KLIA2 Start Work : July/August 2014 Contract : 1 year, extendable Salary : RM2000 and above/month (Basic salary + Contract Completion Bonus + OT & Hardship Allowance++) Working Hours : Follow Airport/Shopping Mall hour Open for : SPM/Certificate/Diploma in any field; strictly for Malaysian ONLY.
