Parenting fail humor: Sophia: Mommy why didnt Elphie and Zoe fly back to the NP last night?! Me (shit, forgot to move the Elves last night, and we are less than a few days into this thing): Umm, I think I saw Anna touch them, so they lost their powers for the night. Sophia, runs upstairs to yell at Anna. Me: Run like the wind to retrieve 2 said Elves and stuff under my sweatshirt. As looking for new spot, hear Sophia running back down. Double crap... I run into my room and lock self in. Put annoying said Elves in stockings hanging in my bedroom fireplace. Crisis diverted.... Oh wait, Yes, Sophia?! Who is pounding on my doors... Sophia: Mom, the elves are gone! Me: Really, that was a quick recharge! Sophia: Omg, mom, they are in ur stockings! Thats so dumb, we can be bad and they wouldnt know bc they are in your room. So u and dad better be good! Again, did I say parenting fail. Lol!
