Parents, Please be advised that we are seeing an increase of illnesses in the clinic. If your child is complaining of not feeling well, please be sure that they do not have fever before sending them to school. A student is contagious when they have fever and it is difficult to tell if a student is presenting as sick if they have been medicated with a fever/pain reducer. I have had seen several cases of flu and strep, and I am hoping to stop the spread of the flu and strep by having parents keep sick students home. Thank you so much, Jenifer Aquino, LPN
