Parents invest in a GPS device attached to a heel of a shoes, a ring push a button to signal police, or home. Technology today, where are you? Obama, should give every child under kids come first programs. We need to step up to the plate, this is to much for N.H., and every kids in this country. Invent a rings, watch, bracelet, shoes, sneakers, with a button for help. Expenses but look how many kids, will be save plus those missing from the pasts.
