Parmesan Corn Casserole.... this is a great recipe.... •2 12-oz packages of frozen corn •⅓ c sugar •¼ c flour •2 T corn meal •6 T Country Crock Original, melted •½ t salt •1½ c milk •4 eggs •2 T chives •1 c shredded parmesan, divided into ½ c 1.preheat oven to 350 degrees 2.in a food processor process one of the 12 oz packages of corn, along with sugar, flour, corn meal, Country Crock, salt, milk and eggs 3.in a large bowl mix in ½ of the Parmesan cheese, second pkg of frozen corn, chives with the corn/flour mixture from the food processor 4.pour into a greased 2 qt casserole dish 5.sprinkle remaining Parmesan cheese 6.bake for 45 to 55 minutes, until firm in the center and golden brown on the top
