Parrotfish for dinner tonite!!!! 1 whole uhu 4 tablespoons Hawaiian salt 3 cloves garlic, chopped 2 teaspoons black pepper 1 cup mayonnaise >> Stuffing: 1/2 cup sliced ginger 6 stalks green onion/chives 1 cup sliced Portuguese sausage Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Line a baking pan with 4 large green ti leaves. Rub fish with Hawaiian salt and season with garlic and pepper. Coat both sides with mayonnaise. Combine stuffing ingredients and stuff uhu. Place on ti leaves; cover with foil. Bake 45 minutes. Cool and drool.
