** Part 1**In Leviticus 26 God lays out the ground plan if they obey Him. I know a lot of people want to use the excuse thats Old Testament but like I heard one time and I believe it fits perfectly what the Old Testament conceals, the New Testament reveals. But we will save all that for another day. On to the Scriptures. The whole chapter I encourage you to read. But for the sake of time and space I will only point out just a few things. Starting with the blessings of God. (Vs 3-13) ************************************************************ *Lev26:3 ‘If you walk in My statutes and keep My commandments, and perform them,* Then this is what he will do for you! 1) Give rain, good crops, trees will bear fruit. (vs 4) 2)He will give us abundance of food. (vs 5) 3)Give us peace throughout our land. (vs 6) 4)Give us victory over our enemies (vs 7-8) ***Keep the Spiritual in mind.*** A) We are called to bear fruit. John 15:1“I am the true vine, and My Father is the vinedresser. 2 Every branch in Me that does not bear fruit He takes away; and every branch that bears fruit He prunes, that it may bear more fruit. Mt 7:16 You will know them by their fruits. Do men gather grapes from thornbushes or figs from thistles? 17 Even so, every good tree bears good fruit, but a bad tree bears bad fruit. 18 A good tree cannot bear bad fruit, nor can a bad tree bear good fruit. 19 Every tree that does not bear good fruit is cut down and thrown into the fire. 20 Therefore by their fruits you will know them. B)Spiritual abundance! Luke 6:38 Give, and it will be given to you: good measure, pressed down, shaken together, and running over will be put into your bosom. For with the same measure that you use, it will be measured back to you.” John 10:10The thief does not come except to steal, and to kill, and to destroy. I have come that they may have life, and that they may have it more abundantly. C) He promises us peace! Isaiah 26:3 You will keep him in perfect peace, Whose mind is stayed on You, Because he trusts in You. Philippians 4:7 and the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus. D) Victory over the enemy! Ephesians 6:10 Finally, my brethren, be strong in the Lord and in the power of His might. 11 Put on the whole armor of God, that you may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil. 12 For we do not wrestle against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this age,[c] against spiritual hosts of wickedness in the heavenly places. 13 Therefore take up the whole armor of God, that you may be able to withstand in the evil day, and having done all, to stand. Romans 8:37 Yet in all these things we are more than conquerors through Him who loved us. Romans 12:11 And they overcame him by the blood of the Lamb and by the word of their testimony, and they did not love their lives to the death. ************************************************************ Lev 26:9 ‘For I will look on you favorably and make you fruitful, multiply you and confirm My covenant with you. 10 You shall eat the old harvest, and clear out the old because of the new. 11 I will set My tabernacle among you, and My soul shall not abhor you. 12 I will walk among you and be your God, and you shall be My people. 13 I am the Lord your God, who brought you out of the land of Egypt, that you should not be their slaves; I have broken the bands of your yoke and made you walk upright.
