Part 15 of The House On Willow Lane John Riley comes to, looks around, and doesnt recognize the room that he is in. The room is the same room that he was in, the room with the two mirrors, but it takes him a few minutes to figure out where he is. John looks around the room, trying to figure it out. Where the hell am I? John wonders. John looks around the room once again, see something written on the wall, on the other side of the room, it is written in red. John walks to the other side of the room and reads what is written there. Little Lizzy was here. Well, that doesnt tell me shit, where the hell am I? John wonders. John turns around, looks around the room again, sees the two mirrors across from each other, and everything comes back in a flash. Oh shit, Im in the house at the end of the street. I have to get the hell out of here, John thinks. John begins to walk quickly for the door. As he walks past the mirrors, he sees movement in the one to the left, he glances in that direction. What he sees stops him in his tracks and sends a cold chill through him. The room in the mirror is not the room that John is standing in, it is his sons room. The man in black is standing next to his sons bed, watching him sleep. The man in black has his back to John, but he turns his head, smiles, then winks at John. Ill be with you in just a few minutes John, but first Im going to deal with Jimmy, the man in black says. The man in black turns his head back to the front. John runs over to the mirror and begins to beat on it. JIMMY, GET UP, RUN JIMMY, John screams. The man in black turns his head back toward John, wiggles his eyebrows up and down a few times, and grins at John. Shhhh, youll wake him up, Jimmy needs his beauty rest, the man in black says, then laughs. It is an evil laugh. John continues to be beat on the mirror, tries to push his way into it, but it does no good. The man in black smiles at John, his eyes begin the blaze red, and he turns back toward Jimmy. The man in black holds his right arm out, spread his fingers apart, as if he is holding an invisible ball. He lifts his arm over his head. Jimmys bed begins to rise off of the floor, Jimmy is still sound asleep. The man in black swings his arm forward, as if throwing the invisible ball, and Jimmys bed slams into the wall, and burst through. There is a loud crashing noise behind John, he spins around. Jimmys bed has crashed through the wall. The bed falls to the floor, John begins to take a step forward, and something grabs his shoulders from behind. John looks over his shoulder and screams. The man in black is reaching out of the mirror, he has grabbed John, the man in black is grinning, and his eyes blaze red. Time to come with me John. You have nothing to worry about, well thats not right, you have a lot to worry about. Jimmys fine, he wont be harmed. Well, thats a lie, but hell live, thats the important thing. As for you, the same cant be said, you are going to die, but first comes insanity, the man in black says and laughs. The man in black begins to pull John into the mirror. Johns mind slips a few cogs and slips away again. Meanwhile, in Jimmy Rileys room, he has in fact vanished, he is no longer sleeping in his room. Jimmy has gotten the best possible outcome, since escape from Willow Lane was out of the equation for him. He is with the other children, the children of lost souls. He wont live a happy life, far from it, but he will live. Although that could be debatable, being trapped in another dimension, it could be questionable as to whether it could really be called living. Jimmy sanity does remain mostly intact, he doesnt have to live through the nightmares that the other residents of Willow Lane endure, so in the end, it is the best possible outcome that he couldve expected.
