I have been a customer for only a short time and have already experienced major problems with your company. First of all, when I called to have a landline installed, I paid over the phone with my bank card. After I made the payment, I asked the Sales Assistant for a reference number. He told me that an email would follow in 15 minutes. But the email never arrived. Thats when I became very concerned, as I had given him my bank card information. Then, after waiting three days for the email, I phoned your company, trying to track down the person who had taken my information. It seems no one could locate him. I spoke with at least five representatives and not one of them could find information about me in the system. I became really worried about the whereabouts of my money. Finally, five days later I received FOUR emails giving me the date for the line installation! On July 12 a technician came and put the line in, but the next day I had difficulties activating it. When I finally got through to a representative, he told me that there was a fault on the line and told me it would be rectified by Thursday, July 14, the latest. It is now Wednesday, July 20, and I still have no line. I have called to speak to a manager more than once and have been hung up on, put on hold, etc. with no results. I am now about to cancel my order and ask for my money back. I would like you to please get back to me ASAP to resolve this problem. Sincerely, Teri Breckenridge ⚡Q1.
