Part II OF Condemnation and conviction! What the Lord showed me is that when something happens, instead of seeking the Lord, I get into my emotions (A VERY BAD HABIT). My countenance falls, and I participate in sinful behavior, quenching the Holy Spirit. Instead of repenting quickly, I dwell on the issue. It’s as if I don’t even recognize that what has just transpired is sinful behavior to our Holy God. Romans 8:1There is therefore now no condemnation to them which are in Christ Jesus, who walk not after the flesh, but after the Spirit. 2For the law of the Spirit of life in Christ Jesus hath made me free from the law of sin and death. 3For what the law could not do, in that it was weak through the flesh, God sending his own Son in the likeness of sinful flesh, and for sin, condemned sin in the flesh: 4That the righteousness of the law might be fulfilled in us, who walk not after the flesh, but after the Spirit. Satan wants you to be struck down with guilt and sorrow.God does not do that to us,if he did his word would not be truth!
