This includes Partnership Planning, Tax Planning, Business Plan (Economic and Financial Section), Bookkeeping, Vendor Payments, Customer Invoicing, Credit Card charge back, Payroll, Sales Tax, Tax management (Federal and State), Licenses and Insurances management, Economic and Financial Reporting and a lot more. Roles and responsibilities • Using Quickbooks: - Bank Reconciliation - Invoice Creation - Bill Creation - Checks Creation Skill set • Advanced proficiency with Quickbooks • Knowledge in the following: - Bookkeeping - Vendor Payments - Customer Invoicing - Credit Card charge back - Payroll - Sales Tax - Tax management (Federal and State) - Licenses and Insurances management - Economic and Financial Reporting • Has knowledge with US Taxation and Accounting Laws is preferred, but not required • Excellent communication and comprehension skills in English language • Organized and has keen attention to details • Willing to work on multiple assignments • Amenable to work from 9AM to 1PM US – Eastern Standard/Daylight Time
