Part of my #backattack workout from last night: ▫Wide grip lat pull down: (4x15,12,12,10) ▫Pull-ups: (1x6-8) (1xFailure) (3x5Negatives) ▫Narrow seated cable row: (4x15,12,12,10) ▫Rear delt fly: (4x15,12,12,10) ▫T-bar row (shown above): (3x15,12,10) (1xFailure) Instead of trying to just go through the motions during my back workouts so I can push heavy weight, I started to really focus on getting my form right and focusing less on the weight. Its all about the contraction of the back muscles and using your back to push the weight as much as possible rather than the secondary muscles used in the movements. I get wayyyy more of my back workouts.
