Part one: Death is Not the End When two people fall in love and meet a tragic end their two souls become one. During the reincarnation process, these two souls are once again separated and placed in two different vessels and sent to different ends of the earth. Kise watched as his lover since junior high left their shared apartment. Kise knew what was happening. He had followed Aomine once to see where they played. They played alright. But not basketball. Kise walked into the kitchen and took out one of the new knives hed just bought. He tucked it into his pocket. He was not going to let go of Aomine. Never. He waited outside Kagamis apartment and listened. He tested the door and found it unlocked. Quietly he entered the apartment and closed the door leaving his jacket in the jam so no one would hear the click. Kise made his way silently down the hall and stopped just outside Kagamis bedroom where he could hear soft gasps of surprise and muffled cries of pleasure. When he heard Kagamis first name spill from Aomines lips thats when he made his move through the already opened door. Both men were occupied and never saw or heard kise until it was too late. Kagami felt a blow to the back of his head and murmured Aomines name before he saw black and hit the floor. When he came too there was blood everywhere and Kise lay dieing in a pool of his own blood. Tai...ga... Kagamis heart sank at the soft broken version of his name from that deep gravel voice.. DAIKI! NO! It was then that he realized he couldnt move his legs nor feel them. He looked down to see that his Achilles tendons had been severed and he was bleeding out quickly. He managed to crawl the few feet to his dieing lover and lift him into his arms. The once vibrant sapphire eyes were now dull and dark and the once golden brown skin was now pale and cold. Live Taiga... I.. Prom.. Promise we will.. meet again.. I.. I love.. I love you.. Stop it Daiki.. Youll be ok.. Youll be ok.. Aomine was pronounced dead at the scene as well as Kise. Kagami lived long enough to arrive at the hospital. By the time his teammates and friends arrived he was in a coma. You must live Taiga...
