Partridge Invitational Jumper Day Join us on Sunday September 28th at Partridge Acres for a thrilling day of Novelty Jumper Classes!!! Sleep in and come out for a 10am start time!! Entry fee is only $15/class. Register on ShowMate. Show Attire is not required. Come out and cheer on your favorites!!!! Class #1: Four Bar Challenge Four fences, set in a straight line, two strides between each fence. Horses are eliminated from competition if they knock down the highest rail. After each round where more than one competitor goes clean, the four fences are raised in height for each subsequent round until there is a winner. There will be four sections: small pony, medium pony, large pony and horse- striding will be adjusted according to size of mount. Please ensure you select the appropriate section when registering. Prize to the Winner of Each Section. Set in the sand ring. Class #2: Gambler’s Choice Money Pot An event where exhibitors choose their own course, with each fence cleared worth a given amount of points based on difficulty. The entry who accumulates the most points within a set time limit on course is the winner. $5 from every entry goes to the “Pot”- Winner Takes the Pot! Set in the Grand Prix Ring. Open to all sizes of ponies & horses. Height of fences 2’-2’3”. Class #3: Jumper Slalom Two identical courses are set up in a split arena, and two horses jump over the courses simultaneously. The horse that crosses the finish line first, moves on to the next round until there are only 4 horses left and jumping for the top 3 spots. Set in the Grand Prix Ring. Open to all sizes of ponies & horses. Height of fences 2’-2’3”. Prize to the Winner. Class #4: Pony Steeplechase Race around the Grand Prix ring that includes four hay bale steeplechase obstacles. Four ponies line up and race at the same time, jumping the hay bale steeplechase fences simultaneously. Multiple heats will take place depending on the number of entries. 13.2h ponies and under only. Set in the Grand Prix Ring. Saddle Pad to the winner. Wear your racing silks and colours!
