Party planning and organising is FREE OF CHARGE when used alongside our services, you only pay for supplies and hires at party plan-it. We put the party together for you so you and/or your little ones can enjoy the special day! We plan childrens partys, 18th, 21st, christenings ect the list goes on! Party packages for children are available we, along with yourselves choose a venue, we then choose supplies to decorate your venue dependant on your theme/colour scheme, we supply everything from banners, table clothes balloons ect decorating on the day of the party is free of charge! We then have a choice of hires, face painting, bouncy castles, character mascots and many more and all you pay for is the supplies and hires! EXAMPLE (please note these are not our prices, prices vary dependant on your wants/needs, example one customers order): Venue: £40.00 for 2 hours Bouncy castle: £45.00 Face painting £30.00 Supplies (Tablecloth, confetti, plates cups ect) £13.00 Balloons (Foil, latex ect)£12.00 Scatter Balloons (all blown up at the venue by us) £2.00 If for EXAMPLE this was a customers order for the party totalling £142.00 then we do not charge the customer for our time organising, planning and setting up the party. We offer a wide range of services to our client. This is the same for 18th, 21st (balloons, tablecloths ect) there is free delivery and set up within a 2 mile radius, further a field we charge a small fee for petrol delivery.
