Reserve yours at thefruitclub.net F.A.Qs for new fruit club members! Q- What does it cost to be a member of the Fruit Club? A- Nothing, you can just go to the website and order your fruit. Q-When is delivery? A- The date is always determined by the fruit! We only want the best for you, and sometimes that means waiting a little longer or moving a date if the fruit doesnt meet our standards. Q-Can I get additional kinds of fruits? A- Not at this time. The fruits that we are sharing for each of the months are all that we are offering at that time. Q-When and Where do I pay? A-You pay at pick up. You can view delivery schedules at thefruitclub.net. Cash, check, debit, & credit are accepted forms of payment. Q- How do I order? A-thefruitclub.net is the website to order from if you would like to place your order yourself. Choose your city location for delivery. Please make sure you submit the BEST phone number to get in touch with you, as sometimes last minute changes happen and it is necessary to contact people about them. By including your email address you will get confirmation sent to you once the order is placed. Q-I need to change my order, what do I do? A-If you are wanting to order more, you can make another order. If you need to change the quantity (10 lbs vs 25 lbs, for example) or order less, please text 605-377-8679 with your change and I will take care of it. Q-Why did I not get my confirmation email for my order? A-It may have gone to your spam folder. Please add [email protected] to your list of contacts so it will go to your Inbox. Q-How can I keep up to date with what is going on with the Fruit Club? A-You can request to be added to our newsletter email list.
