Pasta Bechamel: Pasta is confined with Bechamel that fill all the surface area between pasta and inside as well and we should reduce the consumed amount of Bechamel if we could use solid Pasta in addition we must reduce pasta volume taking into consideration pasta nominal size according to ECP eventually we can firefighting Pasta Bechamel by isolating the surface using egg yolk after that we should test it using slump test to be sure it is properly cooked :D :D
