May God give you dew from heaven and make your fields fertile.......a blessing of plenty harvest 2. May he give you plenty of corn and wine........abundance of commodities (industrious) 3. May nations be your servants, and may peoples bow down before you...... blessing of rulership 4. May you rule over all your relatives, and may your mothers descendants bow down before you......blessing of leadership 5. May those who curse you be cursed, and may those who bless you be blessed.”........blessing of protection Isaacs blessed Jacob 2nd time when he went to Labans house: 1. May Almighty God bless your marriage and give you many children, so that you will become the father of many nations! 2. May he bless you and your descendants as he blessed Abraham, and may you take possession of this land, in which you have lived and which God gave to Abraham!” Whilst he was at Labans house....Labans livestock multiplied because Jacob is a blessed man . While Jacob was there there was peace & order in Labans house. By the time he left He had two wives (Rachel + Leah ) & two concubines....13 children (12 sons & 1 daughter) NB : wherever Jacob went he was blessed & became a blessing The Lord commanded Moses to tell Aaron and his sons to use the following words in blessing the people of Israel: May the Lord bless you and take care of you; May the Lord be kind and gracious to you; May the Lord look on you with favour and give you peace. And the Lord said, “If they pronounce my name as a blessing upon the people of Israel, I will bless them.” Wherever you lay your foot may you be blessed I.e. your business, workplace, home, community, parliament & abroad. May those who are blessed call you BLESSED
