Pat Hagan ,7 percent acrossed the board cuts to Federal Spending and personnel per year untill the annual deficit is gone. The two exceptions to this would be the base of social security and National Security. Any further exceptions would have to be a 2/3 supermajority of the congress and have my signature . It is fair and every congressman can sell that to their voters. The alternative is to continue to struggle and maybe become a third world nation. Business People will gain confidence from the prospect of a predictable financial situation with definite light at the end of the tunnel .
