Patient name is Andrew Hales. Escaped solitary confinement from The Haunted Farm of Terror Psych Ward around 11:30 - midnight September 11th. Diagnosed with Dissociative Personality Disorder, previously known as Multiple Personality Disorder. Usually displays two different personalities, one being Andrew, the other being a split personality that goes by the name of Eddie Gluskin. Andrew appears to act afraid of Eddie, displaying severe paranoia before turning into Eddie. Eddie and Andrew tend to argue. Eddie believes himself to be a doctor, performing inhumane experiments/surgeries on humans. Last seen at Haunted Farm of Terror.
