Patriot Team, As we transition into the new year I need to give you an important update on the organization of our company. Craig Dickerson will be the Operations Manager for all New and some selective remodel jobs from this point forward. I have spent a lot of time talking with Craig on implementing this transition over the last few months. I am super excited about this move because I know Craig is going to knock it out of the park. Craig will be responsible managing over 6 million dollars in work along with the responsibility of building and growing that side of the business on an already successful foundation. The Key ingredient for him to be successful is You and your willingness to support him. Here are some of Craig’s Strength’s as I see them: • Craig is Super Organized (He’s OCD......in a good way • He Cares about the success of the company • He takes pride in quality of work • He follows through on everything until it is completed to perfection (He’s OCD) • He is confident in setting expectations • He is also confident in holding other accountable • He is willing to listen and even take criticism Most of all I super excited because I know he is motivated and very passionate as to the direction we are headed with the company. I will still be here working super hard side by side with Craig; however, I will be working on building our HVAC, Security and Electric Services Department’s With Matthew Watkins, while I still work on the other day to day business stuff.
