Pats 6-Pack Dodge It was a typical Saturday night. We had been out to the county line, south of town for some reason. Pat Henry had one hottest muscle cars, a 440 CI, 3 Dueces, 4 speed with a huge hood scoop and the big fin on the back. It think it was rated at 430 HP. It had started to rain as we headed back north toward town, several of us were in the car. Pat was going fairly slow maybe 40 MPH. I remember saying the famous words see if you can break the tires loose. Pat tromped on it, the tires broke loose on the wet pavement. After making a complete 360 in the middle of the road, he lost control and it ran through the fence just before we got to the Hoerenburgers place. The top barb wires left scratches all across the hood and I guess the wires broke as they tore off the hood scoop. It was still drivable, so after we got the fence mostly unwrapped from around it, we continued on to town. I really felt bad for Pat. But a few days in the body shop had it looking like new. @@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@ This is the only way I could find pictures of that very limited addition 6-pack Dodge.
