Pat’s 11 Rules for success. 1) Take massive action. Massive action is an almost magical cure to remedy fear, self-doubt and an empty bank account. 2) Move outside the comfort-zone daily. 3) Constantly improve your marketing, sales and copywriting skills. 4) Don’t let your beliefs and opinions get in the way of progress. 5) Be patient, but you have to have urgency at the same time. 6) Don’t be afraid of failing, but it’s better to use other people’s failure to learn from. Invest in superior know-how and you can bypass failure. Success is a much better teacher than failure. 7) You MUST have an edge. If you are not different you will blend in and nobody will notice you. 8) Positive self-talk is great… but hanging around positive successful people is even better. When you hang around successful people you will not only learn from them, but their spirit will rub off on you. 9) Measure everything that is important. Anything that is measured improves. 10) Make decisions quickly and change them slowly. 11) Never ever quit! At the very moment you are thinking about quitting are probably a lot closer to winning. But you might have to change your plans many times to get where you want to be. 12) Over-deliver.
