Paul Bettany has been cast as The Vision in Avengers Age of Ultron, now nothing as been said if he will still be the voice of J.A.R.V.I.S. I think he most likely will be and my theory is that J.A.R.V.I.S will be put into The Visions body and Ultron will use him against the Avengers.
