Paul Kagame on a spending spree. Again. Does any other African president travel as much Kagame does? No. Why not? Because it is expensive, and its not worth it. Kagame lives every day as if it was his last day, to the expense of the Rwandan taxpayer... and the donor countries. Kagame knows he has committed so many crimes he can go to jail at any time. So, he says to himself, screw it; I will spend the money until these poor people throw me in jail, or go hang themselves. Kagame does not travel because he has to. He travels so often because it is part of his personal business model. I.e., Crystal Venture leases Kagames private jets to the Government of Rwanda, for an exorbitant hourly rate. Therefore the more Kagame flies the more money for Crystal Ventures, his personal business empire. You heard right - the more Kagame flies the more money for Crystal Ventures. And the less money for the taxpayer of Rwanda and the donor countries. For now. What Kagame is too dumb to realize - though - is that the day hes gone, Crystal Venture funds will be confiscated. Did he learn anything from Gaddafi? You and I need to do a better job keeping track of Kagames dubious investments. Hes probably too busy moving assets around from Switzerland to the Mauritius Islands... to the rathole. But he forgets that humans are helping him do all the transactions, and that the same humans are helping us crack the code! And rightfully so.
