Paul stand before King Agrippa, allowed him to speak for himself. Paul got so excited that he was permitted to speak for himself. You got to remember this Kings great grandfather had tried to kill Jesus as a baby; and his grandfather had John the Baptist beheaded his father had martyred the first apostle James. It would have been unlikely that this man would welcome Paul so warmly. thats why Paul said I THINK MYSELF HAPPY; King Agrippa because today I shall speak for myself.Paul was happy to preach the gospel to kings. He left nothing out; the plan of salvation was given to Agrippa that day, Paul even challenge him and ask him if he believe the prophets?And King Agrippa finally said; Paul you almost persuade me to become a Christian. I pray whoever you are that almost will never be enough. King Agrippa almost being Christian ment he almost had eternal life and almost be delivered from the judgment of hell.Far from being admired for how far he did come, Agrippa condemned himself even more by admitting how close he has come to the gospel and how clearly he has understood it, while still rejecting it.
