Honor Flights allow U.S. Veterans to visit DC war memorials with all expenses paid. Contributions to this great non-profit organization can be made at honorflight.org. Yet for the second straight day Honor Flight Vets were barricaded (or Barry-caded) from visiting the PRIVATELY FUNDED World War II Memorial in DC. The Weekly Standard’s Stephen Hayes tweeted: “At WWII Memorial, Carol Johnson w/the Park Service says they were told to close the site by the White House Office of Management & Budget.” President Petulant, the memorial is OUTSIDE and accessible 24/7 for anyone walking by. Therefore it costs far more to put up your Barry-cades and have mounted DC police nearby. The good news is that the heroic vets, in their 80s & 90s, ignored O’s barriers and visited the memorial anyway. The Germans & Japanese didn’t stop them, so no president playing childish political games was going to stop them either! God Bless Them All! P
