I would appreciate if I can get answers/suggestions on my situation. I work for a consulting company on full time basis and working as contractor on hourly basis at Client company from past one year. I get paid on hourly basis and same is reflected in my paystub too. 1) Eff Oct 1st, should my paystub reflect salaried payment ? Or will hourly payment in paystub would be fine too? 2) Can my salary be more than what stated in LCA? If not, can I get additional bonus on my salary? 2) Are there any other changes to be taken care of from being OPT (F1 status) to H1B beneficiary?
