Peanut Butter Cup Smoothie Ingredients: 1/2 cup light vanilla soy milk (or 1/2 cup 1% or nonfat milk plus 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract) 1 tablespoon of PB2 with premium chocolate 2 tablespoons of PB2 Powdered Peanut Butter 2/3 cup frozen banana slices 1 packet Truvia or other alternative sweetener of your choice (optional) 2/3 cup crushed ice Directions: Add ingredients to blender or food processor and pulse until mixture is blended and smooth. Pour into a glass and enjoy. Makes 1 serving Per serving: 284 calories, 10 g protein, 25 g carbohydrate, 16 g fat, 3.8 g saturated fat, 8.2 g monounsaturated fat, 5 g polyunsaturated fat, 0 mg cholesterol, 6 g fiber, 206 mg sodium.
