Peanut and Caramel fudge with Caramel topping because lets face it can you really have too much Caramel ;) Ingredients 2 blocks of cooking chocolate 1 can of condenced milk 1 can of caramel (homemade or store bought is fine) 2 TP of peanut butter (i used crunchy peanut butter) Sprinkle chopped nuts on top (i used vanilla almonds) Method Melt chocolate, condenced milk, peanut butter on high until melted. Stir every 15mins. Turn to low then add half the tin of caramel. Continue stiring every 15 mins for the next 2hrs. Line your mold with greese proof paper (i used a loaf tin) refrigerate until cool and if desired add the rest of the caramel and sprinkle nuts on top. Lightly press the nuts into the caramel. continue to refrigerate until set. ( the time im not too sure about. Takes longer then the normal fudge method. I left it over night and it was set) Give it ago its sooooo good.
