The lawyers from Ruby, Shiller, Chan and Hansan law firm gave an excellent presentation on why they state makes artificial water fluoridation illegal under Canadian Law. If Peel Regional Council does not vote to end AWF, a law suit will launched with serious financial consequences to Peel Region and the councillors personally when the case is won. The pro-fluoridationists, who so far, rely on endorsements and recommendations will finally be under oath and be forced to show that indeed, there are no toxicology studies and more.
