I’d like to introduce you to my new friend, Zoe The Therapy Dog. She and I are in the current issue of American Dog Magazine together. She is a very cute little fluffy white dog who was rescued right before Kill Day just like me. Thank goodness not all dogs fail out of the therapy dog program like I did, because Zoe brings gobs of smiles to people who need her. She visits Arizona hospitals and nursing homes four days a week! She especially loves to perform tricks for her friends with Alzheimers. She’s also a Tail Wagging Tutor at her local library, where children with reading difficulties can practice on somebody who won’t judge them.
