Pennsylvania Department of Transportation is advising motorists that the following state routes are closed or restricted at this hour due to flooding or downed wires: Route 3028 (Presto Sygan Road) is closed between Route 3026 (Millers Run Road) in South Fayette Township and Thoms Run Road in Collier Township; Route 3033 (Main Street/Scrubgrass Hill Road/Segar Road) is closed between Swallow Hill Road in Mt. Lebanon Township and the Veterans Memorial Bridge in Scott Township; Route 48 is closed between Grouse Drive in Elizabeth Township and Scenery Drive in Forward Township; Route 3004 (McLaughlin Run Road) is closed between Bower Hill Road in Bridgeville Borough and Route 3034 (McMillan Road/Lesnett Road) in Upper St. Clair Township; Route 3038 (Connor Road/Gilkeson Road) is restricted to a single lane in each direction between Route 88 (Library Road) in Bethel Park Borough and Route 19 (Washington Road) in Mt. Lebanon Township; Route 2046 (Baldwin Road/Streets Run Road) is closed between Brentwood Road in Baldwin Borough and Route 2045 (Mifflin Road) in the City of Pittsburgh; I-376 Parkway West (Exit 69-B) off-ramp closed to southbound Route 51 in the City of Pittsburgh; Route 51 is closed southbound from I-376 (Parkway West) to Greenlee Avenue in Brentwood Borough; Route 88 (Library Road) is closed between Route 3038 (Connor Road) to Hillside Drive in Bethel Park Borough; Route 3069 (Washington Road/West Liberty Avenue) is closed between Bower Hill Road in Mt. Lebanon Township and Oak Way in Mt. Lebanon Township; Route 3005 (Mayview Road) is closed between Dewey Avenue and Route 3034 (Lesnett Road) in Bridgeville Borough Route 50 is closed between Route 3026 (Millers Run Road) and Route 3003 (Washington Pike) in South Fayette Township; Route 2010 (Lovedale Road) is closed between Liberty Way and Route 2001 (Lincoln Boulevard) in Elizabeth Township.
