People are entrenched in their view that there is going to be a Third Temple built on earth. I was banned from one group discussing the Signs and Seasons of His coming because I just dont believe this Third Temple on earth mumbo jumbo. They quoted Matthew 24:15, Revelation 11:1 and 2 Thessalonians 2:4 Mat 24:15 When ye therefore shall see the abomination of desolation, spoken of by Daniel the prophet, stand in the holy place, (whoso readeth, let him understand:) Rev 11:1 And there was given me a reed like unto a rod: and the angel stood, saying, Rise, and measure the temple of God, and the altar, and them that worship therein. 2Th_2:4 Who opposeth and exalteth himself above all that is called God, or that is worshipped; so that he as God sitteth in the temple of God, shewing himself that he is God. I said this happened with Titus in 70 AD and also with Hadrian in 132 (?) AD. So they called me a preterist, to stigmatize (pigeohole) me even though I said that there was nothing preventing some prophecies to re occur but not the building of a Third Temple. So they banned me without giving me a chance to explain why I do not believe in this Third Temple built on earth Here I want to develop why I think the Third Temple will not be built on earth. The Messiah is the builder of the Temple. If the Messiah doesnt build it in vain the builders build. Psa_127:1a Except the LORD build the house, they labour in vain that build it:...... Zec 6:12 And speak unto him, saying, Thus speaketh the LORD of hosts, saying, Behold the man whose name is The BRANCH; and he shall grow up out of his place, and he shall build the temple of the LORD: Zec 6:13 Even he shall build the temple of the LORD; and he shall bear the glory, and shall sit and rule upon his throne; and he shall be a priest upon his throne: and the counsel of peace shall be between them both. The Third Temple is His own body and His redeemed. He is the stone that the builders rejected and became the cornerstone. Act 4:11 This is the stone which was set at nought of you builders, which is become the head of the corner. Act 4:12 Neither is there salvation in any other: for there is none other name under heaven given among men, whereby we must be saved. Rev 11:1-2 must be allegorical as most of the book is because there is no future Temple of God built by anyone who is not Messiah.
