People are so rude. Eric and I took the girls to Chilis for dinner after we picked them up. It was about a 25-30 minute wait. There was a bunch of people crowding in the entrance because theres not much of a waiting area. Eric and I were sitting on one two-person bench and the girls were sitting on another. Eric and I got up to allow an elderly couple to sit down, and a few minutes later we got the girls up so another elderly couple could sit down. The old woman sat down and before her husband could slowly make his way over, this woman in her 40s just plops down... even before the old lady had completely sat down. Now, this would have made me mad either way, but considering that Aunt Flow chose to begin her monthly visit today, I am especially fiesty. I fumed for a couple minutes and then leaned over and let her know that we had moved our daughters to allow a place for this couple to sit down, and could she please move. She informed me that she was saving the spot for her disabled husband. Her husband had not yet arrived, and this elderly gentleman was at least in his 80s. I could not believe what I was hearing. Then I find out that her snotty teenagers were making fun of how Kaitlyn looks, pointing and laughing at her. I didnt witness it, but both Eric and Maddie saw it. We dont think Kaitlyn noticed, thank goodness, but Im still pissed. What the hell is wrong with people? I hope their food tastes terrible.
