People are still stuck on the highways here in Atlanta, they have seen the sun set and the sunrise, in the subzero temperature with icy roads. Going the opposite direction on an exit ramp is now the best solution for some folks whose car still got gas and can make the treacherous trip. But random acts of kindness is at play in this out of control situation. Cant wait to hear the Governors news conference at 11:30....
