People, be very careful. Tonight I got pulled by an unmarked police car. Was my fault as was going over the speed limit but not by much. I had also had a quick beer on the train as had been a good day. Turns out my car is known to the police/dvla as the dealer didnt send the docs to transfer after I bought it - it also doesnt look particularly subtle which doesnt help. Anyway, he reminded me about speed which was fair enough, but I also got the breathalyser which I passed but I absolutely shit myself having been done for a stupid misdemeanour 20 years ago despite the fact I knew I was fine as had not done anything silly. The moral of the story is at this time of year watch your speed. Also, if you dont want to go as White as a sheet, better to not drink at all when driving as opposed to assume you are ok (as I did and as I ultimately was). They are breathalysing everyone, no matter why pulled which is fair enough given the time of year. 2 cans of cooking lager, and you are close. They are out there hiding in unmarked cars where you cant see them. They are also nice chaps doing their jobs (as my one was). Not the time of year to chance it guys......
