People keep telling me Im selling my drawings way too low. Heres the thing. Im going to draw anyway. If I dont move them, theyll pile up in my house, seen by nobody. Why not let them go to people who enjoy them? Im not making a killing, its true. But so what? Thats not why I started drawing when I was 5 years old, and it isnt why I draw now. I draw and paint because I love it. Thats it. If someone is willing to give me what Im asking for work, and I can pay a bill or two with art Ive sold, well, hell, Im over the moon excited about that. So, maybe someday Ill jack my prices up. But Im happy doing what I do now.
