People need to see the whole story. According to the local newspaper, the police were involved with a standoff at the time. At about 1:49 mark in the video you can see the guy drop his hand a little and see him saying something to the cops. The guys filming him even say what the guy said. "where are the black cops?" The local paper also says that this guy has been in trouble with the police in the past. If there is anyone to blame for the dogs death it is the owner. He had no business getting involved with a police standoff. If he wanted to film it then fine, film it like all the other people around him are doing. Do NOT start yelling at the cops.
