People need to stop making fitness so scary. Personal trainers - this goes out particularly to you. We all want to get more people fit, active and eating well. So why in the hell do so many people like to brag about how hard their workouts are and the severity and restriction of their diet. YOU might think the fact you puked after 500 burpees was awesome, but the average person hears that, and just thinks how HORRENDOUS working out sounds. Unless youre competing, no diet should ever be that extreme that it causes misery and suffering, and even competitors can be happy and contented 90% of the time. Make fitness more accessible, make dieting EASIER, more inclusive and more fun, and we might have less obesity and disease......... Just saying. Oh, and this also means you can stop using the hashtags #beastmode #cleaneating and #hardcore.
