People of Wisconsin (and all all other States); We The People of Wisconsin have ONLY ONE, peaceful, CHOICE, to STOP THIS! COMPEL, by any and all means necessary, our State legislators to sponsor and pass our State of Wisconsin Joint Sovereignty Resolution with Arrest Provision, which along with its vital companion legislation. The companion legislation prepares all Wisconsin Law Enforcement agencies and Wisconsin National Guard to SUPPORT and DEFEND our Ninth and Tenth Amendment laws and incremental State NULLIFICATIONS against all enemies, both elected and their usurping jackbooted minions of tyranny and oppression in the IRS, ATF, HHS, DOJ, EPA, CFPD, FEMA, FBI, NSA etc, etc, etc. These Wisconsin laws shall lead up to the well contemplated, well deliberated, well organized, well orchestrated, incremental State NULLIFICATION of ALL FEDERAL SPENDING, usurpation, and all Unlawful Acts of Congress and the Executive branch, save the eighteen limited powers and spending We The People granted them in The Constitution. (Itemized under Article I Section 8) Whereas and wherefore the Ninth Amendment states; The enumeration in the Constitution, of certain rights, shall not be construed to deny or disparage others retained by the people. Whereas and wherefore the Tenth Amendment states; The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people. ---> This refers to the eighteen limited powers and spending items listed under Article I Section 8 of The Constitution. The powers reserved to the several States will extend to all the objects which, in the ordinary course of affairs, concern the lives, liberties, and properties of the people, and the internal order, improvement, and prosperity of the State.” – James Madison George Washington, the President of The Constitutional Convention, a year after he signed The Constitution, was elated to describe our form of Government as a CONFEDERATED GOVERNMENT. The definition of a Confederated Government is one in which an alliance of independent states creates a central government of very limited power; the members states have supreme authority over all matters except those few which have been expressly delegated to the central government. The State of Wisconsin, with the balance of the Union following our lead, will dissolve the size, powers, scope and spending of our elected Republican and Democrat despots and usurpers of our Bill of Rights, before they dissolve us; N.B.C.R.; No Budget Cuts Required. Shall WE not do our duty to God, as His ordained Rulers, before our U.S. Dollar collapses and the tyrants declare martial law suspending Our Constitution indefinitely and thus give us the residue choice of only fight or surrender? Along with the incremental State Nullification of All Federal usurpation and spending, without prejudice, shall be a corresponding incremental State nullification of all withholding taxes, all employment taxes and all income taxes until our elected Republican and Democrat enemies of our Bill of Rights, of our economy, of our individual Rights, of our individual Middle Class prosperity and of our Freedom, are brought into compliance with the findings and rulings of the Supreme Court of The United States who ruled; The ratification of the Sixteenth Amendment confers NO NEW TAXES on anyone who wasnt taxable before it. I have all of the SCOTUS cites for anyone who wants to confirm the fact that there IS NO INCOME TAX LAW that applies to Americans. Please dont hesitate to ask me for them. By restoring the RULE OF OUR Ninth and Tenth Amendment laws, upon our elected and wannabe elected Republican and Democrat enemies of our Bill of Rights, all Wisconsin Middle Class paychecks will be DOUBLED in size. Our local Wisconsin city and town economies and GDP will boom as small businessmen attempt to meet the massive increase in demand for goods and services.
