People often ask me where to start changing their habits from. Heres something that I learned the hard way. But it really works. Any change needs 2 things: 1. Discipline 2. Ability to fight temptation One of the BIGGEST LESSONS of my life: keep discipline fixed in the centre and revolve your life around it. Ye karna hai toh karna hai bass. Chahe jo ho ... The confidence you generate from bringing the much needed discipline, keeps care of your temptation to give up. You fight the temptation, u become more disciplined. The cycle goes on. This is how I dealt with (and still deal with) my bad habits. What about you?
