People say travel is all about new experiences, which can come across a little cheesy, but in the last two weeks I’ve driven a dog sled and a snow mobile for the first time, driven a land rover off road and in the snow for the first time. I’ve hiked numerous times up a mountain with 20kg of dog food on my back, I’ve used snow shoes to do it, I’ve given injections to dogs and I’ve recently got back from 48 hours at a cabin in the mountains with no electricity, gas, or running water. It was just me and 40 huskies but they kept me busy escaping throughout the night in a snowstorm…I think I have the best job in the world!
