People seem taken aback at the notion the ACA could actually fail. It seems designed to crash the entire healthcare system. The feds can then step in and take over as single payer/single provider. A true progressive dream because it really will cover everyone plus it will require massive tax hikes which will further depress economic growth for decades. Continued deficit spending may crash the entire economy first if the ACA start is any indication. What can be the end game? How do you give out freebies if everyone sits home on their ass and there are no workers? People with skill, ability and drive will be forced to relocate.
