People that put eating whatever they want over their health make no sense to me, neither do people that would rather put themselves through torturous calorie restrictive diets that cant be maintained and are down right dangerous. Its not hard people. Chicken, fish, lean turkey and beef, veggies, fruut and brown rice...bine that with exercise 3 to 4 days a week. There is no trick, short cut or magic pill....period. sorry if thats not what you want to hear from me as your trainer...if you cant comply with that im not the trainer for you.
