****People that suffer from PTSD are NOT necessarily a soldier back from a terrible war experience, we do have some things common though. We have been through a terrible trauma in our lives. We all have CHRONICALLY low levels of serotonin, which contributes to commonly associated behavioral symptoms such as anxiety, ruminations, irritability, aggression, suicidality, and impulsivity. > This is why we have trouble sleeping, why we get Nervous about normal situations, why we Overreact to things other people can just let go of. Why feel the whole world is out to get us why relationships with other people, whether friends or family, can be cut off , in order to protect our feelings. This is why Ive been married 5 times. Now you might understand somebody who suffers from this, just a little bit more.
