People think winning a legal battle, especially in Nigeria is just a matter of initiating one before a big eye-glass sitting judge. You have to prove beyond all reasonable doubts. If you want to prevail in a case of certificate forgery against a defendant for example, you must tender the originals of the certificate(s) you claim are forged. The judges know this, so they wont order the defendant to produce the allegedly forged certificates. Of course, why will they help you prove beyond the reasonable doubts requirement of the law? Hehehehe, old stories make good news to me most times.
