People truly examine the people you have around you. When you are doing good things being the leader you are there going to be some deep seated twisted admiration for you. People will admire you to the point they feel threaten by you and by the way you move. People who you regard as friends, the ones that smile every-time they see you, laugh at all your jokes will be the same ones trying to destroy what you stand for. Understand these people are weak and not man/or woman enough to confront you face 2 face about "their" insecurities and opt to only speak ill, spread lies, tell half truths and manipulate others behind your back. The sad thing about it is most people are weak and feeble enough to carry on that person view of you and before long you will a company of two-faced people. So when you deal with them you have to see the (1) face of the friend they use to be and (2) the face of the snake they are now and it will help you understand and deal with them better. My People: Develop Character Learn to be Honest Have some Integrity Learn to be Loyal Seek the Truth before you pass judgement and lastly if someone comes to you in private about a mutual friend simply ask them have you said any of the stuff you are about to tell me to the person you are talking about and if they answer is no them simply say Go tell them first before you tell me and when you do this pull out your camera phone and snap a picture of that facial expression. #priceless up Reading Psalms 27 1-6 my morning inspiration
