Pepperoni Puffs Ingredients: Puff Pastry rolled sheet Pepperoni slices (chorizo works too) Any type of cheese (I prefer Feta) Baking paper (or a really good non stick baking tray). Nice to haves: Any veg you can fry. (onions work well!) Fry the veg you want to use (if you have any), low heat with some oil works well. For onions around 5 minutes is fine, same for mushrooms, for peppers a bit longer. Take the puff pastry out of the fridge (try not to get the frozen variety!). Its usually wrapped in plastic, so just unroll it then peel off the plastic. Stick the oven on at 200C. Lay out the pastry, then place the pepperoni slices equally spaced over the sheet. Thinly slice the cheese up and place it on the sheet too. At this stage add on your veg too (make sure its cooled down or the pastry will go squidgy!). Roll up the pastry on the longest side, making sure its tightly rolled, then cut into around 3cm slices. Place these onto a baking tray (with baking paper if you have it) and cook for around 10-15 mins (the slices might fall over but dont worry), theyll turn brown when ready.
